About Us

Women in Life Science Norway (WiLD Norway) is a professional network dedicated to empowering women in the health and life science sector. We believe gender balance and diversity are essential for driving the sector’s growth, for improving women’s health outcomes, and advancing public health overall.

Our mission is to inspire and support more women in stepping into leadership roles, board positions, entrepreneurship, and investments. We also actively engage men to work with us as champions for change. Together, we challenge cultural norms and unconscious bias to create lasting, systemic progress.

What we do

Board Training for Gender Balanced Boards

We offer specialized training programs help create and support gender-balanced boards. Our board training equips women with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in board roles, fostering an inclusive environment that drives effective governance and decision-making in the health and life sciences sector.

Leadership Training Courses

Our leadership training courses enhance competency and promote gender balance within the industry. These programs are aimed at developing the next generation of leaders by providing advanced skills training, strategic insights, and tools necessary for career advancement and impactful leadership.

Ambassador Program

Our Ambassador Program brings together men and women to collaboratively address and rectify cultural biases within organizations. By working together, ambassadors help to transform corporate cultures, promote inclusivity, and drive systemic change that supports gender balance and equality.

Mentorship Program

We offer mentorship programs designed to nurture and develop emerging leaders. Through personalized guidance and support, our mentorship program aims to build strong, capable leaders who are prepared to take on future challenges and lead with confidence in the health and life sciences sector.

Our live events bring together professionals, thought leaders, and advocates to share insights, network, and inspire.
