Wild Norway is a non-profit professional network to advance gender balance across the health and life science ecosystem. We work to increase women’s representation in leadership, entrepreneurship, and financial decision-making—key levers for strengthening the sector’s growth, sustainability, and impact on women’s and public health.

We empower women through training, development, and networking, and engage men as champions for change and inclusive leadership. By addressing structural barriers of bias, corporate culture, and policy challenges, we aim to build a more inclusive, equitable, and future-focused industry.
