WiLD Norway’s Membership Program is an opportunity for women and female-identifying individuals at all stages of their careers to join a supportive and dynamic network focused on advancing leadership in health and life sciences. Whether you're an emerging leader or a leader-in-training, we encourage you to join us. As a female member, you will have exclusive access to leadership training, board development programs, mentorship opportunities, and valuable networking with other professionals. Our mission is to empower you to become a leader, board member, entrepreneur, founder, or investor, and to help you break barriers and create lasting change in your professional and personal life.

    • Mentee Roles: Reserved for women and female-identifying individuals, offering customized guidance from experienced leaders.

    • Mentor Roles: Open to women and men who want to inspire and guide the next generation of leaders. (No additional fee for mentors; mentees, if selected, pay an additional flat fee of 3000 NOK.)

  • Collaboration with Ambassadors: Partner with male ambassadors to identify unconscious bias and implement changes that drive inclusivity and equity at individual and organizational levels.

WiLD Norway’s Ambassador Program offers men and male-identifying individuals the chance to become advocates in advancing gender balance in health and life sciences. Ambassadors play a vital role in supporting our mission and success. As an Ambassador, you will collaborate with women leaders and leaders-in-training to address unconscious bias, enhance leadership culture, and drive meaningful change in both personal and professional environments. You’ll also have access to tailored courses, workshops, and networking opportunities that will empower you to become a stronger advocate for gender equity and inclusion in your workplace and beyond.

Membership and Ambassadorship Terms

  • Annual Fee: When registering as a Member or Ambassador, you are automatically billed to the registered email for the annual fee of 3000 NOK at the start of your membership period. This fee ensures immediate access to all membership benefits. Please note that if you cancel your membership after 30 days, the annual fee is non-refundable.

  • Event Access: While many events are free or included in the membership, some may require an additional fee or be offered at a discounted rate for Members and Ambassadors. Non-members will be charged full price.

  • Mentorship Program: This is scheduled to launch in the second half of 2025, though the timeline is subject to change. Once active, we will attempt to carefully match applicants to create the best possible mentor-mentee pairings. Please note that applying does not guarantee a match or acceptance into the Mentorship Program.

  • Code of Conduct: Members and Ambassadors are required to maintain a standard of conduct that fosters kindness, respect, and professionalism. Bullying, unkind language, or behavior contrary to our values will result in removal from membership or ambassadorship without refund.
