WiLD Norway and First House Partnership (Kom24)

WiLD Norway has entered a strategic partnership with First House to address gender imbalances in leadership, boards, and entrepreneurship within the health and life sciences sector. Despite a high number of women in the industry, they remain underrepresented in top positions. The collaboration aims to mobilize more women into leadership roles and board positions, and to encourage female entrepreneurship. Through networking, mentorship, leadership development programs, and board training, the partnership will work to address structural barriers and promote gender diversity, supporting Norway’s growing health sector.
