WiLD Norway: A Network for Women in Life Science (MedWatch)

WiLD Norway, a new professional network for women in life sciences, has officially launched to develop future female leaders in Norway’s health and life science sector. Founded by Chelsea Ranger, the network offers tailored board training, high-level mentorship from both men and women, and events that foster collaboration and inclusivity. With backing from organizations like Sarsia, Thermo Fisher, and Nykode Therapeutics, WiLD Norway aims to address gender imbalance in leadership roles while driving systemic change and promoting gender diversity. Both women and male ambassadors are invited to support this initiative, which promises to elevate opportunities for women and advance the industry as a whole.
