Only One in Five Founders is Women; – The Imbalance is Alarming (MedWatch)

According to the new report by Menon Economics, women make up the majority of the workforce in Norway's life science sector (60-90%)—spanning industry, academia, and healthcare. Still, women hold only 13% of chairperson roles, 21% of board positions, 19% of CEO seats, and just 1 in 5 founder spots.
