Wild Norway Collaborates with Menon Economics to Gather New Data on Gender Balance (MedWatch)

Menon Economics is joining forces with WiLD Norway to investigate the representation of women in leadership and board positions within Norway’s health & life sciences sector. This first-ever analysis aims to reveal crucial insights into the current gender distribution and shape future strategies for improving female representation and industry expertise.

We look forward to working with Wild Norway to develop important facts. Many women work in the life sciences sector, but we currently have little knowledge of what proportion of these holds board positions or leadership roles, says Senior Economist, Kari Rolfsjord, Menon Economics.

Preliminary results will be unveiled at WiLD Norway’s first event on October 17.
