• 20% of founders

These stats haven’t changed much over the years, and they won’t change—unless we decide to change them. And we need men, Ambassadors, to work with us. Wild Norway Ambassadors aren’t bystanders. You influence hiring, funding, mentorship, and leadership decisions. Men have the power to shift what the future looks like.
