Event Overview
We invite you to a seminar that provides practical insights into the Transparency Act and the new requirements affecting Norwegian businesses.
The Transparency Act aims to ensure respect for fundamental human rights and decent working conditions, and holds businesses accountable for how their operations might impact their surroundings. This includes equality in working conditions, as well as ethics and sustainability in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries.
The Consumer Authority has already imposed a violation fee of NOK 450,000 in one case. Their ongoing enforcement efforts mean that your company could be next in line to demonstrate compliance with the law.
Given the heightened focus on compliance and growing consumer awareness, it is crucial to thoroughly understand the requirements of the Transparency Act within your industry.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made lastest 1 week before the event to avoid fees. Members or Ambassadors who do not attend without cancelling by the deadline will be charged a 750 NOK no-show fee.
